New ACH panels consist of two hight quality steel sheets gotten in cold and an insulating core of mineral wools, either of glass or of rock, stuck to them. The continuous manufacturing process guarantees uniform quality, great planning flexibility and allows the panels to be supplied in the length required for the work. The panels are complemented with fittings specifically designed for each individual project, this allows a light cladding solution to be adopted integrally, in response to any need that may arise.
Features:
- High Fire Resistance (stability against fire, low reaction to fire and no discharging of inflammable) (NBE CPI-96)
- High Level of Acoustic Resistance (NBE CA-88)
- High Mechanical Resistance
- High Level of Thermal Resistance a
-
- Facades construction, covers and inner partitions in an wide range of buildings: industrial warehouses, sports center, fairgrounds, etc.
- It surpasses the greater requirements on noise shielding and against fire
- It provides an excellent architectonic and aesthetic qualities
- Noise shielding at roads
- Noise and fire shielding for the naval sector
- High level of Thermal Resistance
Because of their core of mineral wools and inert elements, ACH Panels are highly ecological products. In addition, hygienic properties of mineral wools (not allowing the growth of microorganisms or insects in its inner; not be the food for rodents and being imputrescible) are very suitable for all construction types, specially for the agro-alimentary industry, big malls, etc.
-
- STEEL: Outer sheet profile of 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm thickness galvanized by zinc immersion in a bath of fused vain, with the possibility of different finishes. The inner profile has similar features being its thickness 0.5 mm. In addition, the sheet can be of other materials than steel, like aluminum or copper.
- ISULATING CORE: Made of Mineral Wools (of Rock or Glass) with a density of 70 to 150 Kg/m², with mineral fibers perpendicular to sheets. The core is made of mineral wool strips turned around and in a staggered way arranged to give the system more homogeneity and resistance. Milling system of ACH guarantees the most complete filling of the particular hollows of the rib or corrugated profile. The rank of the rock wool, because of its reaction to the fire is A1; incombustible. .
- THICKNESS: ACH can manufacture its products with a thicknesses of 50 to 200 mm, after clients consultation.
Climatologic and environmental factors determine the kind of finish. ACH steel galvanized sheets can be covered with different compounds:
- Polyester: Painting applied in a li coil-coating with polyester resins, pigments, silica and dissolvents, making up a layer of 25 microns. This protection provides of a good resistance against corrosion and an excellent quality-price relation.
- P.V.D.F: Covering with resins of carbon fluoride, made by polymeration of vinilideno fluoride monomers. The applied thickness is of 25 microns. This finish is suitable for very corrosive atmospheres and is very recommendable for situations of high aesthetic exigency.
- Plastisol: The outer face of a painting of vinyl polyclorure, thickness from 100 to 200 microns. This solution is recomended for corrosive atmospheres in general, specially for maritime places. It is due to its resistance to chemical agents and their great flexibility.
The features pointed out in this catalogue are standard, having the chance of asking for a customized product after previous consultation.
